Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and client-obsessed Customer Growth Manager to take full ownership of client relationships and drive account performance across a portfolio of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-literate, and brings deep experience in CRM marketing, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships: Lead weekly check-ins, provide strategic guidance, and respond promptly to all client needs.
  • Drive retention and growth: Monitor performance KPIs, flag risks, and recommend upsells or improvements backed by data.
  • Own internal delivery execution: Lead coordination across creative and funnel teams; ensure timely, high-quality execution using Asana.
  • Prepare monthly reports: Deliver clean, insight-rich KPI reports that highlight wins and outline next steps.
  • Improve systems: Identify and document process gaps, improve efficiency through light automation (e.g., Zapier/Make), and share insights with leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Experience owning and managing client relationships with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, diagnose issues, and translate insights into client growth strategies.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing task delivery in tools like Asana.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering, reporting, and providing insights.
  • Comfort with systems thinking and light automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to enhance team productivity.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Spanish fluency.
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Background in digital marketing (funnels, lead gen, lifecycle marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing and performance data.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role.
