Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the tech sector or a high-growth environment.
Strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
Experience working within an RPO, agency, or internal recruitment function.
Passionate about innovation in hiring, with a solutions-driven mindset.
Familiarity with UK employment laws and compliance.
