  • Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and contractors to build and maintain automated reporting within lead databases aligned to key segments and product divisions.
  • Manage and update the CRM database to track lead progress—from initial identification through closure—while capturing key data such as influencers, specifications, and win/loss reasons.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, develop targeted messaging, and deliver outbound communications to prospective leads via email, phone, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified leads by coordinating closely with the Sales, Marketing and Technical Services teams.
  • Assign qualified leads to appropriate sales team members within the CRM and monitor progress and closure rates to evaluate performance and conversion trends.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of product specifications and communicate changes to Master Specifications as needed.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing lead generation activity, key insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, industry trends, construction specifications, and safety protocols.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
