Job description

THE WORK: Elevate your career with a focus on Customer Service Operations! You will be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, utilizing your influencing and advisory skills to engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You will be responsible for providing solutions to clients and guiding multiple internal teams towards the solution.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer service proposition for clients across industries.

  • Develop effective solutions to client business needs.

  • Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service performance.

  • Facilitate training sessions to promote best practices in customer service.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure service excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience across customer service and sales operations

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing mid to large customer service operations


Preferred Skills:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
