Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle bulk and niche hiring across various domains such as Sales, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Retail.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain accurate reports and trackers.

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in relevant recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and offer follow-ups

  • Work on bulk and niche hiring across domains like Sales, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, etc.

  • Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media, and internal databases for sourcing

  • Understand client requirements & job descriptions thoroughly

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients

  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and reporting metrics

  • Update trackers, MIS sheets, and daily activity reports



Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT / Sales / Manufacturing recruitment

  • Strong knowledge of job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing

  • Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

  • Should own a laptop and have good internet connectivity
