Common Shared Services (CSS) is an organization that provides expert transactional business services to Hitachi Energy out of five centers spread across the globe.

Tallinn’s CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Brittan countries. To growing Nordic team we are looking for talented proffessional with first experience in procurement area to work as Buyer.

How you wil make an impact:

  • Connecting supplier orders with customer needs

  • Dealing with orders – creating the purchase orders

  • Checking supplier invoices

  • Communicating with internal and external partners

  • Monitoring on time delivery of materials

  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Experience & education: 1-2 years of experiencen Supply Chain Management or Logistic & area studies s is advantage

  • Language skills:Proficient in English both oral and written

  • Tools experience :Good MS Excel skills, SAP or other procurement management system experience in advanctage

  • Soft skills: Willingness to act as a team player, ability to engage and effectively communicate with customers, openness to take new challenges

  • Market experience: working for foreign countries/ Nordic is preferable not must
