🚀 Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee our large-scale scraping efforts—millions of requests per month, custom anti-blocking strategies, and multiple internal teams working in sync.

You’ll coordinate our anti-scraping R&D, developer execution, and client communication, keeping projects on track while being responsive to changing priorities.

We’re a startup at heart—this means we value curiosity, adaptability, and clear communication more than rigid processes.

✨ Why Join Us?

  • Join a stable, profitable company: Many years of healthy growth, no VC pressure.

  • Work at real scale: Billions of requests per month across dozens of clients.

  • 100% remote: Work from anywhere, with overlap during CET mornings.

  • Be the glue: Coordinate across Dev, Anti-Blocking, and Client teams.

  • Try new ideas: We welcome process improvements, new tools, and fresh thinking.

  • Real impact: Your decisions will directly influence delivery speed, team velocity, and customer satisfaction.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Drive Communication Across Teams: Ensure developers, anti-scraping researchers, and client-facing teams stay aligned.

  • Own Project Delivery: Keep roadmaps up to date, unblock bottlenecks, and keep priorities visible and clear.

  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Track expenses, coordinate tooling needs, and report on performance vs. budget.

  • Support Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Build Rhythm: Create smooth sprint cycles, track timelines, and ensure high-priority tasks get executed first.

  • Report Clearly: Use simple dashboards, weekly updates, and async check-ins to keep everyone in the loop.

🎯 What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical or software environment

  • Strong communication and coordination skills—especially in a remote, async-first setup

  • Comfortable managing a technical team (developers, researchers, data teams) even without a coding background

  • Detail-oriented but flexible: able to adjust to changing priorities, urgent issues, and fast-moving timelines

  • Bonus: Previous experience with scraping, dev tooling, or infrastructure projects

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

⏰ Work Hours

  • Your schedule must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with work time at least between 6am–12pm CET on working days.

  • We welcome non-traditional schedules—as long as you’re consistent and available during core coordination windows.
