YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

  • Work closely with specific Product Managers to drive outbound product value proposition with Sales and Customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure products deliver the right capabilities across verticals.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and product landing with sales field.
  • Create product collaterals for customer facing consumption. The focus will be ensuring our product has the appropriate collateral in place and made available to our global sales teams to aid in the sales and pre-sales activities. Examples would be product descriptions, product presentations for CxO and deeper dives.
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence and create value propositions for specific customer use cases.
  • Support business development, market assessment, ideation and customer adoption.
  • Drive the business goals and KPIs, and track revenue targets

 

You will work in close partnership with experienced Engineering and Product Management teams.

 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

Before all else, you are passionate about software and have an affinity for Operating Systems, middleware, and associated tools and technologies. You bring a customer-first mindset, you enjoy collaborating with others, and are self-driven to achieve success.

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • 5+ years of Product Management in middleware and/or operating systems –open source or proprietary.
  • 6+ years in Technical Software Sales (FAE) or Sales experience in OT software acceptable in lieu of direct Product Management experience.
  • Mandatory software experience in least one of the following markets: Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, Medical or Automotive.
  • Must possess both the business and technical acumen that enables to drive engagement with different levels of engagement both internally and externally from working level up to executives.
  • Experience launching software products.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong collaboration mindset.
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, MBA a plus. Bachelor’s degree with suitable experience.
  • Must be a Citizen of either the U.S. or Canada without requirement for any type of visa or work permits

While this role is external, minimal travel is required (5%)
