My Cloud Crew is a fast-scaling virtual staffing company that supports small and mid-sized
businesses across the USA and Australia with premium offshore talent. We specialize in
Virtual Assistant (VA) roles across social media marketing, administration, real estate, e-
commerce, and bookkeeping etc.

About the Role

We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to take on a hybrid role that
is 75% recruitment and 25% HR support. This is a full-time, fully remote position ideal for
someone with strong full-cycle recruitment experience and a long-term ambition to grow
into a Head of HR or Talent role.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Just-in-Time recruitment and excels at
maintaining a virtual pipeline of qualified, pre-screened candidates. Your mission is to
proactively source, assess, and organize talent across key VA roles, enabling us to place
candidates within 5–10 business days of contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (75%)
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies based on client role intake
  • Own the just-in-time recruitment process from sourcing to final placement
  • Build and maintain virtual pipelines of pre-vetted candidates for key roles (Admin, Marketing, Bookkeeping, Social Media, etc.)
  • Continuously source, screen, and engage candidates to keep pipelines active and segmented by skill and availability
  • Quickly map available talent to client role requirements after contract signing
  • Post and manage job ads across platforms such as Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, etc.
  • Present 2–3 shortlisted candidates to clients within 5–10 business days
  • Coordinate client interviews and handle feedback and offer processes
  • Track and report hiring metrics and pipeline activity
  • Improve and update recruitment SOPs and process documentation

HR Support (25%)
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation and offer letters
  • Track onboarding success, engagement metrics, and retention data
  • Assist with internal HR tasks such as culture-building, communication, and internal
  • policies
  • Support PH labor compliance and employment standards
  • Contribute to shaping the future of the HR function as the company scales



Requirements
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a remote or agency setup
  • Hands-on experience with Just-in-Time hiring and virtual talent pipelining
  • Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, etc.
  • Familiarity with virtual staffing roles and offshore hiring best practices
  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Experience sourcing in India is a plus
  • Background in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Eagerness to grow into a senior HR or Talent Ops leadership role.
