Qualifications:

\r\n• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

\r\n• High level of customer service orientation and team leadership
\r\n• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or in extreme weather conditions as needed

Key responsibilities:

\r\n• Lead the delivery of IT services across the entire organization, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability
\r\n• Manage all technology implementations and upgrades for projects across departments and sites
\r\n• Oversee asset management for IT hardware and enforce accountability across the inventory lifecycle
\r\n• Collaborate closely with Corporate IT to resolve local challenges and maintain system consistency
\r\n• Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA-758-B standards and educate staff accordingly
\r\n• Supervise and maintain all local IT systems, including network cabling, telecom systems, switches, NVRs, access control, digital signage, and more
\r\n• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and financial reporting for the IT department
\r\n• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to justify technology investments
\r\n• Implement ITIL best practices and drive continual process improvement
\r\n• Recruit, train, and manage the IT team, fostering professional growth and accountability
