Keep exec leadership aligned—drive OKRs, priorities, KPIs.
Own big cross-functional projects like fundraising, AI rollouts, and ops overhauls.
Run the CEO’s office: prep, agendas, follow-ups for board and investor meetings.
Partner across finance, ops, product, and people teams to find roadblocks and clear them.
Create dashboards, write memos, and surface insights that drive real results.
Take on special projects—think M&A integration or new growth channels.
Be a culture carrier—reinforce clarity, urgency, and action across the org.
2–4 years in consulting, strategy, BizOps, startups, or healthcare (bonus if you know Medicare/Medicaid/ACA).
Managed complex projects with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Built trust quickly, communicated clearly, and kept things moving.
Worked in tools like Airtable, Power BI, or spreadsheets and knew how to use them well.
Made decisions fast, owned your outcomes, and stayed cool with ambiguity.
Mission-driven, sharp, and ready to make healthcare better.
Work directly with the CEO and execs during a high-growth phase.
