What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain core applications using Angular (latest standalone) on the frontend and NestJS on the backend
Rapidly prototype new features and turn product ideas into working MVPs
Write clean, maintainable, and testable TypeScript across the stack
Design REST and GraphQL APIs that are scalable and intuitive
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to ship tools that make a difference
Help architect frontend-backend communication and optimize performance
Contribute to internal tooling and reusable libraries

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of experience building production-grade apps using Angular and NestJS
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting, Functions)
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript
Solid understanding of component-based architecture, observables, and RxJS
Ability to work full stack across client, server, and database layers
Strong grasp of modular monorepo patterns, state management, and dependency injection
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
U.S.-based only
