Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + AlpineJS + Tailwind)

You’ll collaborate with experienced developers on both new and existing systems, play a key role in architectural decisions, and help solve complex challenges using modern PHP and JavaScript technologies. We maintain a strong remote team culture through regular communication via Slack, video calls, and shared project planning tools.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using Laravel, Livewire, and AlpineJS
  

• Creating responsive front-end components with Tailwind CSS
  

• Building and integrating APIs to enable seamless user experiences
  

• Collaborating with WordPress developers to connect Laravel systems with custom plugins and RESTful APIs
  

• Writing clean, maintainable, well-structured code following modern PHP best practices
  

• Building tools for data scraping and automated updates
  

• Integrating OpenAI APIs and machine learning logic for smart automation features
  

• Structuring and optimising both MySQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability
  

• Using Git for version control and contributing through code reviews and pull requests
  

• Contributing to planning, estimation, and delivery discussions to shape feature development
  

Key Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with Laravel
  

• Proficiency with Livewire and AlpineJS for dynamic interfaces
  

• Solid grasp of Tailwind CSS for responsive, component-based design
  

• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs (both consuming and creating)
  

• Deep understanding of PHP and Laravel’s architectural patterns
  

• Experience designing and querying MySQL databases with performance in mind
  

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and code collaboration
  

• Experience integrating third-party services like Stripe, OpenAI, or SendGrid
  

• Knowledge of secure authentication practices and GDPR-compliant data handling
  

• Comfortable in hybrid Laravel/WordPress environments (e.g. syncing data, building plugin integrations)
  

Bonus Points For:

• Experience deploying and maintaining SaaS applications
  

• Familiarity with React.js and scalable dashboard interfaces
  

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version-controlled environments
