  • Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing and communication efforts.

The opportunity 

You will lead the formulation and implementation of external marketing communication strategies to enhance the organisation's brand image and drive business growth. You will be involved in providing marketing consultation and support to regional teams, focusing on digital platforms and applications, customer research, event management, and external communications.  

Your new role 

  • Lead marketing activity, including digital programmes, events, advertising and social activity to ensure alignment with divisional strategy 
  • Develop marketing and external communications plans in line with business goals and objectives 
  • End-to-end delivery of marketing and external communications projects within budget. 
  • Support Senior Marketing & Media Manager on local PR activity 
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with external Marketing and Communications agencies 
  • Work closely with business divisions to determine objectives and measurement of marketing communications plans 
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on marketing and communications best practices. 
  • Ensure all output adheres to legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks 
  • Monitor and report on return on investment of all marketing and communications activities 

About you 

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education  
  • Relevant experience in marketing and communications experience at a senior level in financial and/or, professional services, corporate Business to Business (B2B) and/or Business to Consumer (B2C) environments 
  • Strategic marketing campaign development and delivery 
  • Senior stakeholder management 
  • Experience in digital marketing, leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
