Your mission:

• Develop and Refine Guidelines: Work on creating and improving decision-making guidelines to ensure they align with business needs and help address complex situations.
• Optimize and Monitor Models: Support the creation and improvement of automated solutions, ensuring they perform well and adapt to changes when needed.
• Managing Escalations and Collaboration: Handle escalations from different teams, collaborate with the freelancer management team, and use feedback to improve processes and tools.
• Assessing Inventory Impact: Help evaluate inventory changes, make decisions on inventory changes, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Your toolkit:

• You've have 3-5 years in operational or strategy roles in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a technology company,
• You're a data dynamo with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
• You're a pro at managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving engagement and efficiency.
• You are an Innovative Problem-Solver with the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion. We seek a resourceful candidate who can effectively navigate the organization to gather necessary information and implement innovative solutions.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can think about both scaled implementation as well as optimization of initiatives in a startup environment
