What you'll do here:
  • Conduct a research project using the Gale Digital Scholar Lab, our digital humanities tool. Your project will be submitted to the Gale Research Showcase, where it will undergo a peer review process and serve as an exemplary assignment to inspire future users.
  • Develop engaging content to be featured on our blog and social media channels, showcasing the rich and fascinating information from Gale's archives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate an on-campus event to educate students and faculty about the valuable resources provided by Gale.
  • Attend weekly virtual lunch and learn sessions to acquire new skills that will support your internship activities and provide opportunities to network with professionals from different departments.
  • Participate in virtual check-ins to receive formal feedback on your performance and progress.

Skills you will need here:
  • Currently majoring in an Arts & Humanities or Social Science subject area.
  • Possess creativity, leadership qualities, time management skills, and a genuine passion for history and the humanities.
  • Prior experience using Gale resources is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$15.00 - $16.00 USD
