Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience as a Draftsperson or in a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant drafting software. 
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and technical requirements. 
  • Familiarity with general office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) for administrative tasks.

Core responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret detailed technical drawings on software like, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Revise and mark up technical drawing with solution recommendations in line with company SOPs Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs align with project specifications and requirements. 
  • Maintain organized records of design documents and update changes as needed. Assist with project documentation, including tender/bid responses, filing and organizing project-related paperwork. 
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and design updates to team members. Manage schedules, appointments, and project timelines, coordinating meetings as necessary. 
  • Support inventory tracking for design materials and supplies and order new stock when needed. Assist with data entry, email correspondence, and other general office duties to streamline team operations.
