Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound calls and the overall support and assistance with marketing duties for the marketing department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs outbound call campaigns.

  • Provide call backs and follow up calls as needed.

  • Updates RAMS system as needed.

  • Respond to clients who contact RIM Call Center via inbound call, email or website.

  • Transfers calls to licensed agents, as needed.

  • Follows customer service protocols.

  • Follow company policies and procedures.

  • Follow call center workflows and desktop procedures.

  • Maintain call center metrics as determined by management.

  • Assumes responsibility for miscellaneous duties, as assigned.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.

  • Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.

  • Basic understanding of Medicare.

  • Basic understanding of marketing and new business operations

  • Call Center experienced preferred.

  • Basic Insurance Knowledge preferred (Medicare).

  • Good computer and typing skills.

  • Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
