  • Handle inbound customer service calls and minor outbound calls if necessary.
  • Respond to emails and chats with minimal responses.
  • Assist with cross-selling and upselling when appropriate.
  • Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Inbound Customer Service
  • Minor Outbound (only if necessary based on Inbound tasks)
  • Minimal Email Responses (Client Facing)
  • Minimal Chat Responses (Soc.Med Platform)
  • Minor Cross/Upsell requirement

  • Average Handling Time

  • CSAT Customer Satisfaction

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Speaks well, ability to build rapport.
  • Articulate and Comprehensible
  • Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
  • High Customer Service Acumen
  • Empathic and Great Comms
  • Spontaneous and conversant.
  • Preferably with minor Sales Background

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must complete SHS or Atleast 72 units of Tertiary
  • Minimum of 1.5Yr of Customer Service Background
  • Minor Sales Background
  • Versed on Microsoft and Google Applications (google Workspace)
  • Computer Literate
