Job Description
Experience Required - 10+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including workforce identity, provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity lifecycle, roles, entitlements, and policies.
• Proficient in SailPoint IIQ, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture and its components.
• Proficiency in core java, Beanshell, and Python for creating custom connectors and scripts.
• Experience in integration of other systems including HR, PAM, SSO etc.
• Experience in application integration using connectors like AD, LDAP, JDBC, RACF, Delimited files etc
• Experience in development of SailPoint connectors
• Experience with XML, JSON, HTMl, and RESTful APIs for integration and data exchange.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in SailPoint IIQ installation, configuration and administration
• Experience in other IGA products like Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt
• Experience in creating SailPoint Architecture and Administration
• Experience in supporting Audit and compliance activities
• Experience in developing Technical documentation for SailPoint
• Experience in DevOps and automation

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Lead SailPoint programs across multiple projects
• Own technical delivery of SailPoint Programs
• Prepare technical responses to customer RFI/RFP/RFQ
• Identify solution to customer business problems
• Complete POC and POV based on customer requirements
• Be the point of Help with solutions for business problems across multiple engagements
• Help with upskilling, cross skilling and training activities
• Help with interviews for recruitments
