Software Engineer Professional (Pembroke, MA)

May Telecommute
Use programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write the software code
Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand the domain of the software problem and/or functionality, the interfaces between hardware and software, and the overall software characteristics
Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements
Apply knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

SCHEDULE: 40 hrs./week

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related, or any foreign equivalencies

Prior experience must include:

2 years software development experience, using .NET, SSIS, SSRS, C#, SQL.
2 yrs exp w/database programming, SQL Server and T-SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
2 yrs exp w/developing and maintaining SSIS/SSRS projects.
2 yrs exp w/performance tuning techniques such as query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and database normalization.
2 yrs exp w/structured SLDC, using Agile methodologies
2 yrs exp w/C# development, Core 3.1 and .NET 5+
2 yrs exp w/SOAP and REST Web Services, IIS, WCF, JSON
