What You’ll Do

As a Sales and Training Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience in:

Supporting the Training and Development Team to deliver best in class sales training programming

  • Support the build the FS University Platform
  • Document all SME detailed knowledge, build a tool to communicate to the team 
  • For education purposes, this is a capstone project that can be used for the next phase in their career

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this internship, you’ll have hands-on experience in:

  • Managing a cross-functional project
  • Influencing leadership to drive consensus
  • Training program analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Customer psychology and audience segmentation
  • Creating professional-level training curriculum assets
  • Selling Skills programming and development (Current Live and Real Market Experiences)

Qualifications 

  • Individual will be either a Junior or Senior within the below focus program
  • Professional Selling Skills focus on the graduate program with a passion for selling, training and   professional development
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Creativity in problem-solving and brand development
  • Basic knowledge of communication tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and possible project management tools) is a plus
  • Worked in a CRM Platform

 

Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.

 

Location: Remote (possible travel to Alpharetta, GA during breaks in Class Attendance)

Compensation: $16/hour 

Time Commitment: 20-25 Hours/Week
