Job description

• Prepare, format, and edit internal and external documents as required
• Support with creating, updating, and streamlining administrative processes
• Assist with drafting and posting recruitment advertisements across platforms
• Help prepare onboarding documents and facilitate onboarding tasks for new staff and clients
• Provide ad hoc support to the manager with time-sensitive administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems
• Email management and data entry
• Updating company forms and templates
• Web research to identify and evaluate providers based on client needs
