We seek a Recruitment Resourcing Specialist to support rostering, sourcing, and administrative functions, ensuring timely shift coverage and smooth day-to-day support for the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing or healthcare staffing, demonstrating accuracy in booking shifts, proactiveness in sourcing clinical talent, and flexibility to provide general admin support during both steady and peak periods. This role plays a key part in maintaining service efficiency, workforce readiness, and operational compliance.
What You'll Do
Recruitment and Sourcing
Utilize contemporary sourcing and attraction methodologies (CRM searches,
LinkedIn, Seek, other sourcing platforms, etc) to identify nurses and allied health professionals
Ability to undertake screening, interviewing, background checks and onboarding functions to streamline the candidate experience
Prepare, present and schedule candidate interviews for the local consultant and clinical team
Maintain candidate and client records in CRM’s including collating and entering data and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Nurseline & Pulse Nursing) to meet sourcing needs and provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholders
Rostering Support
Undertake rostering functions in an afterhours, on-call or coverage capacity or as directed by the Rostering Coordinator
Accurate and timely communication and responsiveness to stakeholders regarding shift requests, fulfilment and future planned bookings or availability
Maintain accurate records in the current roster system to ensure the smooth provision of services in cost-effective manner which minimise shift cancellations
Communication with Searson Buck’s on-hired nurse team via telephone, SMS, and email including appropriate documentation in CRM when there are changes to their assignment
Administration Support
End-to-end onboarding and compliance administrative processes(Onboarded, WorkPro, Ausmed, AHPRA registration, work rights checks, police checks, reference checks, functional screening, etc.)
Interaction and communication with stakeholders in-line with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
Uphold the requirements of Searson Buck’s ISO 9001:2025 certification in the delivery of a quality service and seek to continually improve

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field
3+ years of proven work experience in rostering and/or placement of staff in high-demand environments
Customer service orientation that builds a connected environment
Experienced using ATS tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other industry-related software
High level of computer literacy and an aptitude for database management and reporting
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers
Highly organized and able to prioritize daily workload
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Demonstrate an inquisitive learning mindset
Practical understanding of Acute, Aged Care, and Allied Health terminologies
