Overview:

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst for a full-time remote position to support and implement quality initiatives across key operational areas. This role will serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and IT to define business needs, gather requirements, and support testing and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Excel skills, along with experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. This position will support operational improvement initiatives related to claims, system administration, member enrollment, and cost containment processes. Candidates with experience in QNXT, coordination of benefits (COB), and Other Health Insurance (OHI) will be strongly preferred.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure
No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, including an understanding of advanced Excel functions

  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with JIRA

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

  • Background in healthcare operations, especially with government programs like Medicare/Medicaid; experience with Anthem policies is a plus

  • Familiarity with QNXT, coordination of benefits (COB), and Other Health Insurance (OHI) is highly desirable
