 Who we’re looking for:   

Wolfspeed’s Human Resources business unit is seeking a Manager, Global Benefits to oversee the development and implementation of benefit solutions for Wolfspeed globally, but primarily in the US. This position manages the development of short- and long-term benefit strategy and ensures that benefit programs are competitive and aligned with Wolfspeed’s total rewards strategy in each country. Also manages the benefits philosophy, process, and operational guidelines. 

 
The Day-to-Day:  

  • Monitor benefit trends and provide guidance to leadership on direction of our programs 

  • Manage and administer benefit programs and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and agreements and ensure programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country 

  • Implement solutions in alignment with our policies, financial strategies, etc. to drive innovation, employee experience and cost optimization 

  • Develop/refine benefits policies to guide programs design and governance 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships  

  • Strong data auditing, analysis and reporting capabilities with excellent attention to detail 

  • Provide exceptional service to colleagues and clients 

 
This Job is Right for You if You Have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 

  • 6+years of US benefit experience 

  • 2+ years of global benefits experience 

  • 2+ years of employee management/leadership experience 

  • Strategy and design experience  
     

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • CEBS, CBP or related certification
