The company is a fast-growing CPM ad network connecting publishers with major advertisers. They aim to become a top ad network and are looking for a Senior Advertiser Manager to help achieve this goal. An ideal candidate should bring creative ideas, solve problems independently, and know your way around Ad-Server platforms.

Responsibilities :

Finding new direct advertisers to grow our network.
Selling ad placements provided by the Publishers Department.
Cooperating with the Publishers Department to optimize deals for top performance.
Managing advertiser accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
Attending international conferences to expand partnerships.
Exploring new ad formats and revenue streams to boost growth.

Requirements:

Experience in the same or similar role for 4+ years;
Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new Advertisers;
Experience with target payment models such as CPM and Flat Deals.
Out of the box thinking is a must;
Strong problem solving skills and independence;
Existing contact network of direct advertisers;
Working experience with Ad-Server platforms;
Good understanding of Ad-formats and their average market values;
Fluent English
