As Director of Performance & Learning, you will own and evolve the design of our performance system experience across Abnormal. From new hire onboarding to manager enablement to skill and role evolution for all employees, you’ll shape the systems that help Abnormal grow with intention.
This is a builder role for someone energized by systems thinking, passionate about AI-powered learning, and excited to drive measurable growth across a distributed and high-performing organization.
You’ll partner deeply with COEs across People (Performance, PBPs, Ops), enabling leaders, SMEs, and teams to scale development through toolkits, systems, and repeatable frameworks. You’ll use AI not just as a content accelerator, but as a learning modality—integrated into simulations, coaching, and personalized growth.
You’ll evolve our foundational programs—Becoming Abnormal: Employee Foundations, Lead Abnormally: Manager Foundations, and the AI-Powered Employee Development Enablement—and scale them into durable, AI-first systems that empower employees, accelerate managers, and embed learning into the way we work across every function and role.
