Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Settlements Coordinator?
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a Novated Lease Settlement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for ensuring smooth and accurate finance and leasing settlements, working closely with customers, employers, dealers, and financiers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate finance and leasing documents to customers in a timely manner
- Coordinate and process finance loan and lease settlements with precision
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless novated lease settlements
- Generate and issue settlement documents, and assist customers with related queries
- Follow up with customers and employers to ensure timely completion of documentation
- Liaise with dealers and after-market providers to ensure vehicle readiness at settlement
- Submit documents to financiers and manage settlement processing
- Act as the central hub for post-sale fulfilment, ensuring stakeholder communication and customer satisfaction
- Uphold professional, ethical, and inclusive workplace standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including privacy and confidentiality obligations
What you will bring:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a sales or customer service role (phone-based experience desirable)
- Experience in a compliance based, finance related role (preferred)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to details
- Effective communicator with solid verbal and written skills
- Ability to influence and persuade in a customer service environment
- Experience using systems and adhering to structured processes
