Position summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Nestlé Professional team. The Sales Support Specialist provides all the necessary references for the management and the commercial department and also collects, analyses and enters information and keeps all applications up to date.
A day in the life of Sales Support Specialist:
- Administration of sales and maintenance of an up-to-date database of customer and product sales.
- Assistance and coordination of in-department and out-of-department activities (LGO, IS/IT, O2C, FICO, HR) on all topics related to sales and sales team.
- Provides effective administrative support to Sales, Field Teams, CDT teams.
- Administers the list of clients in SAP and updates their data. Responsible for correct and timely issuance of quotations, calculation of bonuses.
- Responsible for setting and administering trade costs (TCS), discounts and prices in the system.
- Preparation of Add-hoc quotations, presentations.
- Tracking contracts and trade discounts.
- C4C (machines management system) administration.

- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills.
- Working level of English, native in Bulgarian language
- SAP and ERP skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Good team player
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
