As a W2 Inside Sales Representative on our Multi-Product Sales team, you’ll spend your day on the phone connecting with members to educate them on their benefit options and enroll them in coverage that fits their needs.

What You’ll Do
Make 150+ outbound calls daily to engage existing members and policyholders
Deliver scripted and unscripted consultative sales presentations
Enroll members into supplemental Life & Health insurance products
Manage inbound call volume and follow up with engaged contacts
Document all activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline
Provide a seamless, professional, and caring member experience
What You Bring
Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
A positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team
