About this role 

Were looking for a bold and agile Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on Google Ads and data-driven growth. Someone who can think strategically, move fast, and scale what works.


Responsibilities 

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performance campaigns, especially in Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Display, YouTube).
  • Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads is highly valued.
  • Experience managing SEO and CRM/Marketing automaton is highly valued.
  • Manage significant media budgets with a sharp focus on efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Run experiments with ad creatives, audiences, and formats.
  • Analyze performance and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with BI, product, and content teams to boost funnel conversion.
  • Own remarketing and cross-channel acquisition tactics.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.


Who you are 

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (ideally in e-commerce, travel, or marketplaces).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, etc.) are required.
  • Expert in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, attribution models, A/B testing, LTV calculation.
  • Self-starter with a bold, problem-solving mindset. You move fast and make things happen.
  • User-first perspective and a passion for scaling what works.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Intermediate Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for generating ad creatives, headlines, copy, and campaign structures is highly desirable.

  • Take-home project we invite you to complete a small project. Expect to spend about half a day on this.
  • In-depth interview after the take-home project, we'll do a longer interview where we'll ask you questions about the project and your experience in previous roles.
  • Culture fit interview during this one hour interview, we'll talk about your experience and expectations and answer any questions you have about the role.

  • Work remotely from Mexico (preferably CDMX, Monterrey or Merida) or Brasil (preferably Sao Pablo). Although you will be working remotely, you'll need to have availability to travel, either to a meeting with a client or an strategic reunion.
