Responsibilities:
Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling, and emailing.
Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment.
Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote.
Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights.
Requirements:
5+ years of business development and sales hunting experience in the engineering, industrial, and/or manufacturing industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.

This role has a negotiable salary range of $50,000 - $100,000 per year, paid on an hourly basis.
