About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Support Assistant to join our legal and sales operations team. This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, ideally suited for someone with a background in contracts, conveyancing, or real estate administration. You’ll be supporting internal teams and liaising with solicitors to ensure contract workflows are completed efficiently.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, property development, or legal/contracts coordination
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet performance KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be able to start immediately

Responsibilities
  • Manage a shared email inbox and handle follow-ups and urgent tasks
  • Coordinate solicitor communications on EOIs, developments, and deposit refunds
  • Attend internal stand-up meetings and team huddles
  • Support nomination processes and escalate key issues
  • Investigate delays via phone/email and manage nomination workflows
  • Liaise with developers and solicitors as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • Experience in a real estate coordination or admin role is highly regarded
  • Australian conveyancing experience is a strong plus
  • Self-starter who can manage ad hoc tasks independently
  • Willing to support operations during weekends, peak periods, or team absences
  • Comfortable working with onshore teams and external vendors
