The Role

  • Traffick ads for Programmatic and social campaigns (parameters, copy, and creative provided)
  • Perform QA and spot checks on various paid media accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor ads and comments for engagement and issues
  • Transfer data across platforms into Google Sheets with high attention to detail
  • Provide templated reports and dashboards based on provided metrics
  • Write simple performance summaries for internal/client reporting
  • Assist in basic data analysis and grow into deeper insights with client-provided training and support


The Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media, particularly on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with Programmatic (client will provide training and documentation as needed)
  • Experience with Slack and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA and troubleshoot campaign data
  • A proactive, critical thinker who is curious and works independently
  • Past experience in a successful startup, small organization, or high-growth company where agility and ownership were key
  • Ability to work EST hours


Nice-to-Have:
 

  • Experience with Tableau (training/documentation will be provided)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with Twitter Ads and Google Paid Ads
  • Experience using Facebook Creative Hub and Ads Manager


The Compensation

β‚±70,000 to β‚±75,000/month
