Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Scope: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 
10am - 2 pm UK time

The Company is a trusted UK provider of professional piling solutions, committed to high-quality engineering and seamless customer service. As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Social Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our social advertising strategy and execution.


Position Summary

We’re looking for a performance-focused ads specialist to manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. After an initial setup phase, you'll run one month of live campaigns focused on achieving a minimum 300% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)—with real-time optimizations and actionable weekly reporting.


Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Campaign Setup

  • Configure and formalize ad accounts across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Set up tracking, audiences, pixels, and conversion events
  • Align all tracking with our Shopify store to ensure accurate performance attribution

2. Ad Strategy & Creative Coordination

  • Develop and/or coordinate the creation of ad creatives (images, copy, and videos) tailored to each platform
  • Ensure all creatives are aligned with our brand voice and visual identity

3. Campaign Launch & Optimization

  • Launch and manage live campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a full 1-month period
  • Monitor daily performance and execute real-time optimizations in bidding, targeting, and creative

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide clear weekly reports outlining campaign performance, insights, and next-step recommendations
  • Maintain transparent tracking of ROAS, with a performance target of 300% or higher

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ad platform best practices, tracking setup, and Shopify integrations
  • Strong copywriting and creative direction abilities for social ad creatives
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets or reporting tool skills
  • Results-driven, with a performance marketing mindset
