Job description

Packers

We are currently hiring for Packer/Press Operators - Packaging and Inspection for both Day and Night shifts. This position involves the safe operations of packaging and quality inspection of plastic horticultural containers in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work 12-hour rotational shifts (every other weekend off).

Responsibilities

Maintain product production.
Count and inspect parts, record data, and follow workflow processes.
Pack and label finished parts.
Maintain safe work environment.

Requirements

Must be able to bend, twist, climb, stand and lift items of up to 50lb.
Teamwork is a key value to the organization and working collaboratively with others is a must.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
