The Data Quality Specialist provides continuous cleaning and updating of the Customer & Prospect Systems by eliminating duplicates, updating critical business information, and providing reports to the field. This includes loading new data as well as matching, merging, and updating existing data. Modeling Vestis’ Mission and Values, this role will maintain data integrity and accuracy, enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to grow the business and make decisions with a high level of confidence. This role reports to the Director, Sales Force Systems.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Work with CRM Fusion (Ongoing duplicate management and merging)
Work with external sources to remove Out of Business Records, Bankruptcies and update businesses that move.
Work with the US Postal Service to update zip codes.
Create dashboards and reports to assist with data cleanup initiatives.
Work with other teams to “clean-up” the source data when it resides outside of Salesforce.com .
Add National Account IDs to all of the active National Account customers and National Account prospects
Adding the Restricted Banners where local Sales Professionals should NOT be calling.
Provide ongoing maintenance of our rate tables.
Audits records to monitor data quality and end user adoption of best practices to keep data clean
Ensures that contract expiration dates that are due to expire in the near future are being called upon.
Loads Campaigns and Install Trackers to support new business
Supporting the goals of the company’s technological alignment efforts
Seeking out and implementing continuous process improvement opportunities
Supporting internal communications related to business improvements and processes, system upgrades, and enhancements
Ensuring accurate and efficient governance policy adherence
Report on statuses when requested
Submit all time and expense reporting procedures accurately and timely
Maintain good standing and completion on all compliance related matters (i.e., assigned mandatory trainings, actions required from audits, corporate policies, etc.)
Perform all additional duties and responsibilities based on the direction and guidance of supervisor
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Ability to operate with a customer-centric service approach
Ability to manage and work on multiple concurrent deliverables at various stages of development and completion
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Professional level verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and quality of work products and communications
Willingness to seek out and implement coaching, suggestions, and guidance from others
Working Environment/Safety Requirements
Ensure necessary working environment and capabilities to effectively carry out responsibilities if working from a non-Vestis location (work from home)

Experience/Qualifications
One to two years experience cleaning up data files in a large corporate environment.
One to two years of experience with any large Contact Management System or CRM system.
Experience with DemandTools, D&B, and ZoomInfo preferred.
Experience with the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
Bachelor degree preferred but not required
Be legally able to work in the United States

Compensation: The salary rate for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
