Job Position: Customer Care Specialist I
Job Location: Corporate Office, Atlanta, GA (Not a Remote Role)
Reports To: Supervisor of Customer Care
Job Summary:
WinCup is looking for a professional, experienced
Customer Care Specialist to join our team!
This position is responsible for the timely execution of all activities and decisions associated with account management from Order Quote to Cash. The goal of the Customer Care Specialist is to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient customer order management, analysis, collaboration and issue resolution. The applicant must demonstrate proficiency of usage with all tools, training, and resources available to ensure superior service is provided to our customers. High attention to detail is a must.
Organizational Relationships:
Ability to work effectively across the Supply Chain is a must. Will have daily interactions with Customer Care Management, Sales, Production Planning, Transportation, Creative Services, Credit, Manufacturing/Warehousing and various staff personnel.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Accurate entry of orders into the Order Management (OMAR) system via various methods: EDI, Telephone or Email
- Demonstrate understanding and entry of all types of Sales orders, demonstrating proper techniques and controls to initiate transactions
- Execute and provide proper follow-up for expedited orders and order changes
- Product knowledge aptitude for WinCup product line
- Working knowledge of all resources available to the CCR for problem resolution
- Work and communicate effectively within the Customer Care Team and across the entire Supply Chain
- Timely communication to Customers and Sales on all inquiries, product availability and customer related issues
- Negotiate with Sales and/or Customers regarding product returns and restocking fees and generate proper documents to support the process
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 Years Customer Care Experience – or similar work related experience.
- Strong Problem Solving, Follow-up Skills, Decision Making
- Self-starter and customer focused
- Initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task while effectively prioritizing workload demonstrating effective time management
- Able to work in a team based environment
- Order management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products
