WORK TYPE: Full-Time Hybrid
LOCATION: United States
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Travel is approximately 25%. Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
COMPENSATION: The base salary range for this job is $75,000-85,000 annually plus the possibility of additional performance based incentives.
The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
BSN SPORTS is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Club Development Representative (CDR) to play a key role in expanding our presence within the club soccer market. As a key contributor to our Club/Select division growth, you’ll identify, engage, and convert prospective clubs into long-term BSN partners—delivering high-impact solutions that serve the evolving needs of owners, coaches, parents and players.
In this role, you’ll work closely with your Soccer Club Development Manager and collaborate with field sales teams to drive new business, build meaningful relationships with club owners and directors, and fuel national growth through regional execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, team-oriented success, is passionate about the sport of soccer, and is motivated by pay for performance.
