Partner with the CTO and executive leadership to develop and execute technology strategies that align with global business objectives
Lead the enterprise architecture team in designing and implementing standardized platforms and solutions across multiple value streams
Drive architectural decisions that ensure cohesive integration of systems while maintaining optimal security, performance, and scalability
Design and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide systems deployable across multiple locations
Establish architectural governance frameworks and best practices for the organization
Technical Leadership & Innovation
Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging modern technologies including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
Define reference architectures and patterns for enterprise solutions, ensuring consistency and reusability
Lead technology evaluation and selection processes for enterprise software solutions
Design integration patterns and standards for enterprise systems, ensuring robust security and compliance
Oversee the technical design of mission-critical platforms that enable best-in-class customer experiences
