Location: Hybrid Remote in (North or West) Toronto, Canada


Their proven record of success in helping clients has led to an increase in demand for Business Growth Advisory services. To fulfill this demand, we seek a Business Professional to prospect, qualify, close, and deliver new consulting, training & coaching services to business clients.


Responsibilities

  • 100% emphasis on engaging new client relationships
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with self-generated leads (The President will assist in closing for the 1st year)
  • Prospecting activities such as Public Speaking opportunities, developing and conducting workshop events, networking events, telephone prospecting, LinkedIn prospecting, asking for referrals
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong sales pipeline


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base = $8,333 for the first 6 months
  • Base = $6,250 for months 7-12
  • Base = $4,167 for months 11 to 18. This will be a “draw against commission” compensation
  • The commission structure is receiving 40% of Gross Margin of business sold
  • Uncapped commissions!
  • Year one is all about learning and developing a customer base
  • The commission structure is 40% of Gross Margin of Sales Created
