Location: Home Based in the United States (remote). Central or Eastern time zone preferred.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing dedicated customer post-sale support on business information solutions that drive adoption, retention, build preference and attitude (brand) loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provides post-sales support to customers on a defined set of business information solutions.

  • Responsible for product adoption and utilization within assigned accounts.

  • Conduct consultative onboarding and solution use optimization, aligned to customer use cases, persona profile and defined success metrics.

  • Conduct a variety of activities in support of assigned accounts including, but not limited to, customer training and presentations, dormant user campaigns, introduction of new products and content, and meeting follow up.

  • Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners.

  • Serve as a liaison for customers in collaboration with Product and Segment.

  • Utilize effectively all required processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Be able to travel minimally.

  • Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.

  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams.

  • Have experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting or other business experience.

  • Have experience working with small or midsize businesses.

  • Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
