Job description

This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with a minimum of 25 hours per week, making it ideal for students. The schedule is negotiated at the time of hiring and must include coverage for one weekend day.

This is a temporary position, running from early September to late December, with the potential to be extended into early 2026 based on performance and needs.

 

Position Purpose: Supports back-end processing for customers’ orders and returns, also performs data entry operations.

About you:

  • English level: B2+ (Upper-intermediate verbal and written)

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Affinity with systems and procedures

 

About the role:

Web

  • Verify US and international addresses

  • Has contact with customers through email templates when the payment declines

  • Verifies orders compliance with product and shipping restrictions

  • Identifies possible fraud from web orders

  • Resolves system discrepancies to release orders

Core

  • Revise and release phone orders generated by customer inquiries 

Returns

  • Research customer profile to determine follow up actions in order to complete the return cycle

  • May need to contact customers through emails templates

  • Close financial transactions in SAP

  • Refunds customer when applicable

Other tasks

  • Key customer information or orders received through scanned forms

  • Might participate on assigned tasks or mini projects within the department depending on the business needs, individual skills.
