We’re looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to lead the design and implementation of high-impact solutions that enhance our global Customer Care operations. In this pivotal role, you'll bring to life features that drive faster resolutions, smarter automation, and personalized support experiences for customers around the world.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Architect and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that boost efficiency and agent productivity
  • Lead the implementation of Omni-Channel Routing to ensure the right agent is matched with the right case at the right time
  • Roll out and optimize AI-powered chatbots that deliver instant responses and ensure seamless handoffs when needed
  • Launch a robust, user-friendly Help Center to empower customers to self-serve with ease
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce Einstein AI features to streamline case management, surface actionable insights, and enhance agent performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable impact across the organization


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud features
  • Strong understanding of customer support operations and case routing logic
  • Experience with AI tools and chatbots within a Salesforce ecosystem
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer


Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
