Job description

Help us deliver real AI, at scale

LoopMe's Data Science team builds production-grade AI that powers campaigns for brands like Nike, Amazon and Samsung — in real time, at massive scale. We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive sprint delivery across multiple squads, steer our 12-month roadmap, and keep everyone coordinated with Engineering, Product and the wider business.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Data Scientist and lead delivery for a high-trust team that has a 5-star Glassdoor rating.
This is a role with real visibility and impact — and a culture that actually values process done well.

What you'll do:

  • Run agile delivery: lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives across 3–4 cross-functional data science squads
  • Manage the roadmap: keep the 12-month project plan alive and aligned with Product, Data Engineering, and Go-to-Market
  • Unblock teams: chase down dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep momentum high across time zones
  • Support releases: coordinate release schedules, track bugs and rollout issues, and help QA stick the landing
  • Continuously improve: introduce light-touch processes and rituals that help the team focus on shipping

What you bring

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering software or data science projects in an agile environment
  • Strong practical knowledge of Scrum or Kanban, plus confidence running multi-team delivery (e.g. multiple backlogs, overlapping stakeholders)
  • Excellent communication skills — able to work smoothly with engineers, data scientists, and external teams alike
  • Technical fluency — you’re not coding, but can follow a discussion on APIs, pipelines, or ML A/B testing
  • Confident spoken and written English (our standups and sprint docs are in English)

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with adtech, big data systems, or AI/ML products
  • Background in QA, data analytics, or engineering
  • Jira fluency — dashboards, epics, filters, you name it

About the Data Science Team

We’re a 20-person team of data scientists, ML engineers, and Java developers building production AI for real-world use — not research experiments. We’re distributed across London, Poland, and Ukraine, and we act like one team, not a satellite office.

What sets us apart:

  • Led by Leonard Newnham, an experienced Chief Data Scientist who codes, leads, and listens
  • Strong culture of autonomy, collaboration, and pragmatism — no micromanagement, no drama
  • Open to new ideas and ways of working — if it improves delivery, we want to hear it
  • Genuinely supportive and fun to work with — it’s a team where people stay and grow
  • Don’t just take our word for it — check our Glassdoor reviews. We have a solid 5-star rating. Search “Data Scientist” for a real view of the culture

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary + annual bonus
  • Flexible remote/hybrid setup (Dnipro/Lviv hubs)
  • Learning budget and career growth support
  • Friendly, transparent culture with strong leadership support

Hiring process:

  1. Intro with Talent Partner
  2. 30-min with Chief Data Scientist (delivery-focused)
  3. Panel with 2 team leads (culture & collaboration)
  4. Offer – usually within 48 hours of the final round

Ready to help a world-class data science team deliver faster, better, and smarter?
