Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our products and services

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues

- Provide technical training and support to clients and team members

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

- Assist in the development and implementation of new products and services

- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
