Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sustainability projects and initiatives across the entire procurement team and externally, with INNIO suppliers
  • Support execution of the sustainable procurement roadmap: collect relevant sustainability data, prepare supplier meetings, update trackers and supplier score, generate sustainability dialogue both externally and internally
  • Sustainability data input, reconciliation, and aggregation on different data collection tools (Oracle, Excel, Scorecards etc.), also with regards to regulations (e.g., CBAM)
  • Communicate with various stakeholders and teams, internally and externally, to deliver on the goals and sustainability roadmap


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or in a technical (e.g., Engineering) field. Sustainability topics etc. are a big plus
  • Basic knowledge of sustainability regulations, frameworks, and main actors
  • Ability to work in teams and independently, as well as remote, to be proactive and have a structured work attitude
  • “Fire in the belly” for sustainability topics – be a “Sustainability Ambassador”
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel is a must), previous experience with ERP tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English, German or any other languages are a plus
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

 

The internship is to be filled as soon as possible for 6 months with a possible extension to 12 months. The basic salary for this position is based on the statutory minimum salary of EUR 2.645,68 gross per month in Austria.
