Your Responsibilities:
Contribute to sustainability projects and initiatives across the entire procurement team and externally, with INNIO suppliers
Support execution of the sustainable procurement roadmap: collect relevant sustainability data, prepare supplier meetings, update trackers and supplier score, generate sustainability dialogue both externally and internally
Sustainability data input, reconciliation, and aggregation on different data collection tools (Oracle, Excel, Scorecards etc.), also with regards to regulations (e.g., CBAM)
Communicate with various stakeholders and teams, internally and externally, to deliver on the goals and sustainability roadmap
Your Profile:
Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or in a technical (e.g., Engineering) field. Sustainability topics etc. are a big plus
Basic knowledge of sustainability regulations, frameworks, and main actors
Ability to work in teams and independently, as well as remote, to be proactive and have a structured work attitude
“Fire in the belly” for sustainability topics – be a “Sustainability Ambassador”
Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel is a must), previous experience with ERP tools is a plus
Fluency in English, German or any other languages are a plus
A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The internship is to be filled as soon as possible for 6 months with a possible extension to 12 months. The basic salary for this position is based on the statutory minimum salary of EUR 2.645,68 gross per month in Austria.
