Job Summary
As the SEO Manager, you will be a key member of our product team, ensuring that Qelp-powered content on client websites is highly discoverable, optimized for AI-driven search engines, and aligned with the latest SEO best practices. Your role is critical in improving the searchability, engagement, and effectiveness of our self-service solutions, making them an essential tool for our clients’ digital success.
Primary Job Responsibilities
SEO Strategy:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies that enhance the visibility of Qelp-powered content on client websites, ensuring it aligns with the latest AI-driven search trends.
Technical SEO:
- Work with development teams to optimize structured data (schema markup), metadata, and indexing strategies to improve search engine understanding of Qelp solutions.
Content Optimization:
- Ensure that AI-generated self-service content is search-friendly, well-structured, and aligned with SEO best practices for voice search, AI chatbots, and featured snippets.
AI and SEO Integration:
- Adapt Qelp’s self-service knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides to AI-driven search behaviors, improving content discovery and reducing reliance on customer support.
Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to analyze the effectiveness of Qelp-powered content on client websites, identifying areas for improvement.
Algorithm Adaptation:
- Stay ahead of Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE), zero-click searches, and AI-driven indexing changes, ensuring our clients stay competitive in organic rankings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to implement search-friendly content structures across multiple client environments.
Client Success Impact:
- Optimize the Qelp platform’s performance to ensure our solutions drive higher customer engagement, reduced support costs, and improved self-service adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic visibility in a B2B SaaS or enterprise product environment.
- Strong experience in technical SEO, including structured data, indexing, and AI-driven content optimization.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Experience working with AI-driven search and generative AI content strategies is a plus.
