Role Summary
In this role, you will work closely with a multitude of internal and external teams to manage the day-to-day requests for incentives reporting, operations, and financial calculations. The candidate will be a strong team player who is highly organized, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high work volume.

What you'll get to do
Act as a point of contact in all aspects of incentives reporting and on the use of systems and processes.
Document financial processes for all incentive programs
Assist in ad-hoc reporting and analysis under the direction of senior members of the team.
Work one-on-one with partner ops on rebate reporting creation
Work one-on-one with finance and partner ops on rebate calculations and forecasting
Report weekly to marketing and sales on ROI and budget utilization.
Troubleshoot system errors and give clear instructions to Sales Reps to fix the errors in a timely manner.
Resolve work with incentive vendor system access issues or proactively address ongoing field system access needs
Collaborate with Finance, Partner Operations, Programs Team and Sales Operations to ensure opportunities meet defined qualification criteria for rebate and incentive calculations
Act as primary contact for Partner and Sales questions relative to quotes, order status, deal registration process adherence, etc.
Communicate and collaborate on process challenges with internal teams for process efficiencies.
Reconcile amounts on orders submitted from Sales to the reported bookings and revenues received from Finance.
Qualifications
3+ years of related experience in finance, operations, or accounting
This role is for doers; be able to get into the details and get the job done while at the same time being able to see the forest for the trees
Ability to work well under deadline pressure to respond quickly to partners, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.
Strong customer service orientation and a desire to provide backup coverage for each other and help others succeed, across the team and their partners.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with some direct supervision as required.
Basic financial acumen broadly across the organization (e.g., understanding of financial statements, chart of accounts, business intelligence, FP&A processes, etc.,)
Auditing, project planning, coordination, communications and process/system change experience is a plus
Prior software industry and/or US headquartered company experience a plus
Software and system skills (MS office suite, Google Suite, Tableau, SFDC, incentive tools) a plus.
Microsoft Excel is a must.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with management support
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and timely adherence to deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing processes and follow them, as well as suggest changes where needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence cross-functionally with various internal and external parties
Scheduling flexibility, as required, during critical periods such as Month/Quarter/Year End close, etc.

Base Pay Range: $93600 - 124600
When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiringranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate'shiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Non-Exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year, at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco’s flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employeesmay use but is subject to availability and some business limitations. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco’s Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hiredate and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may haveavailable is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergencyissues. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentivecompensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentivecompensation to be paid.
